Medical Spa Etiquette & Policies

At the Center for Oculoplastic, Orbital Surgery & Aesthetics Skin Care, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest levels of skin care in an environment that is safe, relaxing, compassionate, and enjoyable.

Our trained professionals will deliver the utmost level of care to our highly valued patients, abiding by the following spa etiquette.  We thank you for allowing us to care for you and look forward to continually serving you.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out required paperwork.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you!  When reserving your appointment, you will be asked to pay a $50 deposit to confirm the appointment.  The $50 deposit will be applied towards your service or product purchase the day of your appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or fail to show, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at (859)219-0299.  Please note, when you schedule an appointment that is your acceptance of the policies.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible.  Please keep in mind that in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.  In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that the next patient's appointment can begin on time.

 

CELL PHONES

We kindly as that you turn your cell phone to silent upon arrival.

 

PRICES AND SERVICES

Pricing and services are subject to change without notice.  We do our best to keep clients up to date on changes, however, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and services when scheduling.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  We make every effort to make our patient happy, we unfortunately ca not offer refunds on used or unused appointments/treatments, or service packages.  If possible, we will allow our patients to use the charges towards other services and/or products.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages and is at the discretion of the client.  You may tip your aesthetician in the room or upon checkout with cash.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process tips on credit cards or gift certificates.

​

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates are available and may be purchased in any amount.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any payment transactions on gift certificates.
