Thank you for allowing us to participate in the medical/surgical care of your patients; we are certainly honored.  From the first day we opened our doors it has been our mission to serve the doctors and patients of Kentucky wholeheartedly; we feel that we have done that well but continue improving our services to reflect our mission.

 

My name is Robin Hammond and I am your personal practice contact.  I have 25+ years experience with marketing in plastic and oculoplastic surgery and have been with Dr. Cowen for 20 years.  From the moment you decide to refer to our practice, my goal is to make sure we are providing excellent customer service and I believe that begins with you and your staff.  I occasionally travel to many of your offices but understand the importance of your time so you may not always see me.  Most of the time, I am delivering patient information packets that help your staff communicate with patients on what to expect when seeing Dr. Cowen.  We understand that seeing a specialty surgeon can often be scary and overwhelming and our "new patient" packets are designed to ease that anxiety.  Each packet includes a map to help them arrive at their scheduled destination, new patient paperwork to avoid having to fill out at their appointment, and a bio on Dr. Cowen so they have some idea of who he is and what our commitment is to them.

 

I send out regular e-blasts with important information about our practice, community and upcoming events so if you would like to receive it, or would like to set up a time for me to visit your office please let me know by filling out the information below.
