Dr. Cowen is a highly trained and specialized ophthalmologist who concentrates on the management of deformities and abnormalities of the eyelids, the lacrimal (tear) system, the orbit (bony cavity surrounding the eye) and the adjacent facial area. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), having completed one of very few available fellowships in this specialty.
